Thank you for shopping with Controlyn. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, the delivery timeframes you can expect, and other important information related to shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Controlyn is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Controlyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

However, if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Controlyn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
