 This article has a 12 month warranty. The warranty relates to manufacturing and material defects as well as other defects that are already present at the time of delivery. This does not include damage caused by improper handling, will full or negligent damage, improper setup or installation, connection to incorrect mains voltage, normal wear and tear, non-compliance with the instructions for use, chemical or electrochemical effects and force .

    This restriction also applies to a fault that has arisen as a result of improper repairs by a service partner authorise by us. If the goods can neither be repaired nor exchanged, the value of the goods will be credited to you, minus shipping costs and not insurance.

    Refunds will only be made if the damage to the product is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
